Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Magda O Photography – Cheltenham
These Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Magda O Photography (“the Photographer”).
1. General
1.1 Gift vouchers are issued by and remain the property of Magda O Photography, Cheltenham.
1.2 Gift vouchers are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative.
1.3 Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. The session must be booked and take place within this 6 month validity period.
1.4 The voucher must be presented at the time of booking, either by photograph or email, to verify entitlement.
1.5 Magda O Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Replacement is entirely at the Photographer’s discretion.
1.6 Gift vouchers are non transferable, may not be resold and may not be used for unauthorised promotions, competitions or commercial purposes without prior written consent. The Photographer reserves the right to cancel any voucher suspected of misuse.
2. Booking & Session Information
2.1 All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked directly with Magda O Photography.
2.2 Cancellation, rescheduling, illness policies and no show provisions are governed by the full Terms & Conditions.
2.4 It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to arrange their booking in good time. To avoid disappointment, booking at least 6 weeks in advance is strongly recommended, especially during busy seasons.
3. Types of Gift Vouchers
From time to time, Magda O Photography may issue different types of vouchers including full session vouchers, deposit only vouchers, product credit or promotional offers. These are subject to the following conditions.
3.1 Session or Deposit Vouchers
3.1.1 A voucher may cover the full session package or the session deposit only, as stated at the time of purchase.
3.1.2 Deposit only vouchers secure the session but do not include digital images or products unless specified.
3.1.3 Session vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no standalone monetary value outside the specified service.
3.2 Product Credit Vouchers
3.2.1 Product credit vouchers may be issued as part of a promotion or package, for example £50 wall art credit.
3.2.2 Product credit:
May only be used against the product category specified
Has no cash value
Is non transferable
Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders
3.2.3 Product credit must be used at the Viewing and Ordering Appointment or within 30 days of that appointment unless otherwise stated.
3.2.4 Expiry dates cannot be extended.
3.3 Promotional or Discount Vouchers
3.3.1 Promotional vouchers may apply to specific sessions, packages or products as stated.
3.3.2 These vouchers:
Cannot be used against booking fees unless clearly stated
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be combined with other offers unless agreed in writing
Must be used within the validity period shown
3.3.3 Promotional vouchers have no monetary value outside of the stated offer.
4. Orders & Products
4.1 All product orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
4.2 Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of photography products, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, altered or refunded.
4.3 Delivery timelines, digital file storage and collection policies are governed by the full Terms & Conditions.
5. Expiry & Forfeiture
5.1 Gift vouchers not redeemed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.2 If a voucher holder fails to attend a booked session or Viewing and Ordering Appointment without notice, the voucher and any associated credit may be forfeited in accordance with the full Terms & Conditions.
5.3 Any extension of validity is entirely at the Photographer’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
6. Amendments
Magda O Photography reserves the right to amend or update these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
