I know just how quickly these precious years pass, and how easily the little moments of motherhood can become a blur. My passion is to help you slow down, capture those fleeting moments of connection and preserve the love, closeness and personality of your family in photographs you can treasure for years to come.
My experience working with babies and young children means I understand that every child is different. I’m patient, gentle and happy to follow their lead, creating a relaxed environment where they can feel comfortable and simply be themselves.
Because these moments may feel ordinary today, but one day they will be the memories you wish you could hold onto forever.
As a qualified and experienced Early Years and Primary School Teacher, with a Master’s Degree in Early Years and Primary Education, I bring more than seven years of photography experience to every session.
My background in education has given me a deep understanding of children, their individual personalities and the different ways they communicate, play and express themselves.
I take the time to build trust, follow your child’s lead and create a relaxed environment where they can simply be themselves. For me, the most beautiful photographs often happen in the moments between the poses — a genuine giggle, a curious expression, a cuddle or the little connection between family members.
This experience is particularly valuable during maternity, newborn and family photography sessions, where feeling comfortable and cared for is just as important as creating beautiful photographs.

Hi, I’m Magda
I’m a maternity, newborn and family photographer based in beautiful Cheltenham, on the edge of the Cotswolds.
But before I’m a photographer, I’m a mum. I’m a proud mum to my wonderful twin daughters, who have taught me more about love, connection, patience and the beauty of those little everyday moments than I could ever have imagined. And, of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our much-loved dog, Benji.
I specialise in creating elegant maternity portraits, beautiful newborn photographs and timeless family images that capture more than how you looked at a particular moment in time. I want your photographs to bring you back to how it felt — the anticipation of waiting for your baby, the tiny details of those first days, the cuddles, laughter and connection that make your family yours.
Alongside my photography, I’m a qualified and experienced Early Years and Primary School Teacher with a Master’s Degree in Early Years and Primary Education. My years of working with babies and young children have given me a wonderful understanding of their personalities, development and individual needs.
This experience is something I bring into every family and newborn session. I know that little ones don’t always want to sit still, smile on cue or follow a plan — and they don’t need to. I’m patient, playful and happy to follow their lead, allowing them time to feel comfortable and simply be themselves. Often, those completely unplanned moments become my favourite photographs.
When I’m not behind my camera or working with children, you’ll usually find me enjoying the things that inspire me: animals, nature, travelling to beautiful new places, dancing, singing and finding a little bit of magic in the simple things. I also love getting creative with DIY projects, browsing vintage shops and spending far too much time looking for treasures in antique shops and at flea markets.
I believe life is made up of fleeting moments — and that the photographs we create together allow you to hold onto them for years to come..
“Do what you love, love what you do”
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved taking photos. Many photographers say it and it’s totally true. We all do. Still, every single one of us has a different story.
Here is mine…
The person who first introduced me to a camera, at a very young age, was my dad. He loves taking photos, well, most of my family does. (I think it runs in my blood…) We had an old film camera and I remember being fascinated by how it worked. Ever since then, I’ve been our unofficial family photographer, taking photos on every possible occasion : holidays, trips and family gatherings - a camera has always been in my hands.
In May 2005 I became a mum to my twin daughters and bought my first “proper” camera to photograph my babies as they grow. Taking photos of my daughters has made me extremely happy and fulfilled, I didn’t need anything else.
My whole life, I’ve been surrounded by children. For many years, I worked in a local nursery and then a primary school , but I loved every single day nonetheless. I loved teaching, but my passion has always been photography and I’ve found my calling is to create rather than educate.
In the meanwhile, my babies grew into beautiful, independent young ladies and I’m not able to photograph them as often as I used to. I’ve realised, I simply cannot live without taking photos. I tried to photograph my pets, landscapes, flowers etc, but I was missing the emotions, interactions and the connection that only people have when they interact with each other.
The final decision to start my own photography business was made on 1st May 2019 on my best friend’s wedding in Poland. I can remember the strong feeling, pushing me to stand up, take my camera and start shooting. On that day, I knew this is what I want to do with my life. I want to create beautiful memories, capture precious moments and show the uniqueness of us, human beings.
